Since it first opened in 1936, The Potomac Gardens building has been a multi-functional meeting place for 7th District residents, serving as a community dance hall, neighborhood bar, post office, and general store. Carrying on that tradition, you will find a delightful assortment of local goods available for purchase in our general store, from produce, meats, and dairy products to handcrafted clothing, home decor, and custom "Straight Outta' 7th District" merchandise.
